UT Dallas has a wide range of talented inventors in science and technology. Join us to learn more about how the cutting edge resarch of UT Dallas faculty and students is being turned into commercially viable innovations, bringing benefit, economic activity and jbos to our region. As UT Dallas pushes toward Tier 1, this workshop will explain how inventions and technologies developed by the UTD community can be accessed by those outside of the university. Inventors, business leaders and investors all benefit when partnerships are formed. This workshop will provide and opportunity for community members, investors and entrepreneurs to:
- Collaborate with UTD in connection with its start-up activity
- Learn how to access technologies available for licensing
- Hear from several faculty and PhD students as they share their experiences with venture development
